The affairs of the corporation shall be managed by the Board of Directors.
The officers of the corporation shall consist of a Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, a Secretary, a Treasurer and such Vice Presidents, Assistant Secretaries, Assistant Treasurers and other officers as the Board of Directors may from time to time elect. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person, except the offices of President and Secretary, but no officer may act in more than one capacity where action of two or more officers is required.
